Previewing an Input Dataset

You can view a sample of the records in an input dataset in tabular format.

Suggest Edits

Before you can preview a dataset, the dataset must be profiled. See Profiling a Dataset.

To preview a dataset:

  1. Open a schema mapping, mastering, or categorization project and select Datasets.
  2. Move your cursor over the dataset names. A Preview option appears for datasets that have been profiled.
  3. Select Preview to open a dialog with a sample of the records in the dataset.
