Managing Datasets
Admins access the dataset catalog to manage datasets across all projects, and then provide user access to datasets by attaching policies.
Within a Tamr Core project, team members with the role of admin or curator can work with datasets to add or upload them into the project, profile a sample to preview, and so on. (Curators must be assigned a user policy that grants access to the project and the datasets to do this work.) See Working with Datasets in Projects.
As an admin, you can also manage datasets across all projects, including system-generated datasets, through the dataset catalog. You can:
- Access the dataset catalog.
- Access datasets generated by Tamr Core.
- Delete a Dataset From All Projects.
- Audit the Policies for a Dataset.
- Export a Dataset to Cloud Storage and Use the DMS API (if DMS is configured).
