Adding a Category

Add a category.

To add related categories across tiers (a branch), add the categories in the order of parent categories first.

Categories can be added on both the Categories page and in the modal dialog when categorizing records.

To add a category to a taxonomy:

  1. Navigate to the Categories page of a Classification Project.
  2. Click the + icon beside the Tier you wish to add the category to.
  3. Enter a category name in the text box that appears.
  4. Click Save.
