The v1/projects/{project}/goldenRecords:refresh endpoint is the equivalent of Update Golden Records in the Tamr Core user interface.
Writes the draft output dataset based on the latest version of the input clusters dataset, rules and filters configuration for golden records, and overrides. It then creates an index of that dataset in Elasticsearch.
