Configuration

Configure Tamr Unify to use non-default settings including Spark and integration with LDAP.

Configuring Tamr Unify

Tamr Unify is configured using a centralized administrative tool (Configuring Tamr Unify).

Backup

Configure Tamr Unify's backup location (Backup).

LDAP Authentication and Authorization

Tamr Unify uses local database-backed authentication and authorization by default. Tamr Unify can also use LDAP to authenticate and authorize users. Configuring Tamr Unify to use LDAP, allows users to log into Tamr Unify using their LDAP username and password and be authorized under their LDAP group membership (LDAP Authentication and Authorization).

SAML Authentication

Tamr Unify uses local database-backed authentication and authorization by default. Tamr Unify can also use SAML to authenticate users (SAML Authentication).

HTTPS

Configure a reverse proxy to serve Unify over (HTTPS).

Spark Environment

Configure Tamr Unify's Spark environment (Spark Environment).

HDFS

Configure Tamr Unify to use HDFS as its primary storage (HDFS).

Low Latency Match Service

Configure the low-latency match service (Low Latency Match Service).

External Storage Providers

Configure external storage providers for datasets stored in HDFS or local filesystems (External Storage Providers).

Auxiliary Services

Install and configure auxiliary Tamr Unify services (Auxiliary Services).
